Pick Up Orders:

Local customers are always welcome.

If you're located nearby, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout and pick up your order directly from Illwerk Studios once it’s ready.

This option is perfect for customers who want to save on shipping and get their transfers faster.

How Local Pickup Works

Select Local Pickup during checkout.
Once your order is completed, you will receive a pickup notification.
Stop by our location and grab your order at your convenience.

Same-Day Shipping

Most orders ship the same day when your file is submitted before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Orders placed after the 12:00 PM PST cutoff will move into the next production cycle and typically ship the following business day.

Our workflow is built for fast, consistent output without sacrificing print quality.

File Readiness:

To maintain our fast turnaround times, all files must be:

• Print-ready and properly sized
• Correctly formatted for DTF production
• Within gangsheet specifications

Orders with files that require corrections, resizing, or clarification may experience delays while we contact you.

Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
