PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

1. What's Your Turnaround Time?

Turnaround time varies depending on the service and order size.

DTF Transfers: Same day–48 hours depending on volume

Stickers / Decals: 2–4 business days

Screen Printing: 5–14 business days depending on quantity

Embroidery: 5–10 business days

Large or custom projects may require additional production time. If you need a rush order, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

2. What’s your minimum order?

Minimums depend on the service:

DTF Transfers: 22x12 Gang Sheet

Custom Stickers: 50pcs minimum

Screen Printing: Typically 48 pieces minimum

Embroidery: No minimum (bulk pricing available)

1. Do you do Embroidery?

Yes. illwerk Studios offers professional embroidery services including:

• Hats

• Hoodies

• Jackets

• Custom apparel

We specialize in high-quality embroidery including puff embroidery, detailed stitching, and premium finishes.

Orders & Payments

1. How can I check my order status?


You will receive email updates once your order is placed, processed, and shipped.

If you need an update, you can contact us with your order number and we’ll provide the latest status.

2. Can I modify my order?

Orders can only be modified before production begins.

Once your order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need adjustments.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure payments through:

• Credit / Debit Cards

• Shopify Payments

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Shop Pay

We also take select payment options from our local customers when they choose to pick up their orders on site.

4. Will I receive a confirmation email after payment?

Yes. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order details and receipt.

5. Is my payment information secure?


Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment processors to ensure your payment information is fully protected.

Shipping

1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders ship once production is completed. Standard shipping typically takes:

2–5 business days within the United States

Shipping time may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

2. How can I track my shipment?


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status

3. Do you offer international shipping?


Yes. illwerk Studios ships internationally.

Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on location and shipping method; details are available at checkout.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

Contact customer support as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

Returns

1. What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products, most items produced by illwerk studios are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if there is an issue caused by print defects, embroidery errors, or manufacturing defects, we will gladly replace or reprint the order.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

• Low resolution or poor quality artwork provided by the customer

• Minor variations in color between digital mockups and printed results

Our goal is simple — deliver premium quality every time

2. How do I initiate a return?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with the following information:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• Brief description of the problem

Our team will review the issue and provide the best solution as quickly as possible.

3. Will I get a full refund?

If your claim is approved due to a production defect or error on our part, we may offer:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement / reprint of the order

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Please note that custom printed products cannot be refunded for buyer’s remorse or ordering mistakes.
