Refund & Reprint Policy

At Illwerk Studios, we are committed to delivering high-quality prints and professional production standards. Every order is produced with precision using industry-grade equipment and materials. Because many of our products are custom printed, all orders are subject to the following policy.

Print Quality Assurance

If an order contains a verified print defect or transfer adhesion issue caused during our production process, we will reprint the affected items.

To qualify for a reprint, the issue must be related to production quality and not the artwork provided. Illwerk Studios reserves the right to review and verify all claims before approving a reprint.

Artwork Responsibility

All files submitted by customers are printed exactly as uploaded.

Illwerk Studios is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-supplied artwork, including but not limited to:

• Low resolution artwork
• Incorrect sizing or scaling
• Poor image quality
• Transparency errors
• Color variations caused by file preparation

For this reason, customers are strongly encouraged to verify that all artwork meets our design requirements before submitting an order.

Refund or Reprint Requests

Requests for refunds or reprints for reasons other than verified production defects must be reviewed and approved by management. Approval is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are considered final once production has begun, unless a confirmed production defect is identified.

File Requirements for DTF Transfers & Vinyl Stickers

For orders that include DTF transfers or vinyl stickers, customers must ensure that their artwork follows the required file preparation guidelines and specifications prior to uploading.

Files that do not meet these requirements will still be printed exactly as received, and issues resulting from improperly prepared files will not qualify for a refund or reprint.

Shipping Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

After placing an order, an order confirmation email will be sent containing all order details, including the shipping address. Customers must review this confirmation and notify us immediately if any corrections are required.

Illwerk Studios is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
